Your choice.

On your first visit a banner asks whether you agree to measurement and advertising cookies. Nothing in those two groups runs until you agree. Essential cookies run either way, because the site cannot work without them.

You can change your mind whenever you like: select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Essential — always on.

These keep the site available and secure. They do not follow you to other websites.

• Webflow — hosting and page delivery, including a session identifier.
• Cloudflare — security, bot filtering, and delivery of our text files. Cloudflare also obscures our email address on the page to reduce spam.
• Your cookie choice — stored in your browser so the banner does not ask again on every visit.

Measurement — only if you agree.

• Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and shows which pages people use. Cookies commonly named _ga and _ga_<id>, typically lasting up to two years.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used, including scrolling, clicks and mouse movement, so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks text you type by default. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you.

Advertising — only if you agree.

• Google Ads — measures whether an ad led to a booking or a call.
• Microsoft Advertising — the same measurement for Bing ads.
• Meta pixel — measures Facebook and Instagram advertising. Cookies commonly named _fbp, typically lasting about three months.

Embedded services.

Some pages include services run by other companies, which set their own cookies when you use them:

• Centaur online booking — the booking window on our booking pages.
• Google Maps — the map showing our location.
• Trustpilot — review display.

When you send us a message through a form on this site, it is delivered by Formspree, a service based in the United States. Our privacy policy explains what that means for your information.
