Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Closed Sundays. The last appointments of the day book up first - if you need an after-work or Saturday slot, give us 1-2 weeks' notice where possible. For dental emergencies during opening hours we always keep some same-day slots free.
Yes - we love this. Send us the names and ages via WhatsApp or in the form, and we'll line up back-to-back appointments so you're in and out in one trip. Most kids go in first (the CDBS bulk-billed paperwork is fastest), then adults. We can normally fit 4-5 family members across about 90 minutes.
Just tell us - the more notice the better, but we understand life happens. WhatsApp or a phone call works. We ask for 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to someone else, but we don't charge no-show fees for genuine emergencies, sick kids, or work crises.

How quickly will you reply?

Can I book for my whole family at once?
Yes — and we love this. Send us the names and ages via WhatsApp or in the message form, and we'll line up back-to-back appointments so you're in and out in one trip. Most kids go in first (the CDBS bulk-bill paperwork is fastest), then adults.
What if I need to reschedule?

Is your entry wheelchair accessible?
Yes — step-free entrance from the street, accessible bathroom, and a pram-friendly waiting area. We also have 2 accessible parking spots out front. If you have specific access needs, mention them when booking and we'll plan around them.
