We don’t publish a single implant price, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What it costs depends on whether you need a graft, whether a sinus lift is involved, and what goes on top — and none of that is known until someone has looked and scanned.
So the number you get from us is a real one for your mouth, in writing, before anything starts. Here is what it costs to get that number:

Before anything else
Not everyone is a candidate.
Bone volume, gum health and your general health all decide whether an implant will hold. We check that first.
If the answer is no, we’ll say so — including when the honest recommendation is a bridge or a denture instead.
How it works
Four stages, one person.
OPG, assessment, and a written plan with the cost on it, with Dr Belal. This is the appointment above — everything after it is your decision.
The implant goes into the bone. Local anaesthetic, one appointment. Happy gas is available if you’d rather not be fully alert for it.
Three to six months while the bone grows onto the implant. You’re not left with a gap during it — we’ll sort out how it looks in the meantime.
The tooth goes on top, matched to the ones either side.
Dr Belal Aly carries out all four stages himself — you are not passed between people partway through. The wait in stage three is real and we’d rather you hear it now than at the consult. Nothing speeds up how fast bone heals.

Who actually does the implant?
Dr Belal Aly, from the first consult through to fitting the crown. The person who assesses whether it will work is the person who places it, so nothing gets lost in a handover partway through.
Does it hurt?
The placement is done under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn’t feel the procedure itself. Afterwards it’s usually described as less sore than having a tooth out.
Happy gas is available if being awake for it is the part you’re worried about.
How long does the whole thing take?
Usually four to eight months start to finish, most of which is waiting for the bone to heal rather than appointments. If a graft is needed first, add to that.
What if I don’t have enough bone?
Grafting is common and it’s often the answer. It adds time and cost, and both go on the written plan before you commit to anything.
If there isn’t enough to work with even then, we’ll tell you and talk through the alternatives.
How long do they last?
Implants are a long‑term replacement, not a disposable one, but they depend on the gum and bone around them staying healthy. That means cleaning them properly and keeping up your recalls — the same things that decide how long your own teeth last.
Can I claim it on my fund?
Usually it comes out of major dental, and limits vary a great deal between policies. Check your own limit with your fund — the amount they contribute is set by them, not by us.
What if I’m not a candidate?
You’ll be told at the consult, and you’ll get the written plan for whatever the sensible alternative is instead. The appointment isn’t wasted.
